OUr Standards

Proud of Our High Standards

Epping Fire Brigade attends more than 500 calls for emergency assistance each year.   We are proud of the high standards we set and meet for our community.  When we arrive at an emergency call our training and high standards position us for success.

Professionalism

In order to uphold our level of professionalism we train weekly on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings to keep our skills finely tuned.  We have minimum attendance rates for our members to attend training and call outs to ensure consistent performance at every emergency call out.  By sharing the load, we can achieve high performance and commitment while maintaining a work and life balance.

Community

The Epping Community is one of the top three fastest growing suburbs in Australia
As a brigade we attend a number of community events during the year, including seasonal events such our famous Santa Run and the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
These community events allow us to build relationships with the community.  We also provide education and safety sessions, such as our Brigades in Schools Program for school children and fire safety sessions for the adults in our rapidly growing community.

What's in it for me?

A decision to join Epping Fire Brigade is a decision to join a high performing team who make a difference in the community.
Epping CFA members receive nationally recognised and accredited training courses that can be beneficial in both personal and employment environments.
