You know what being a crank means and by going to this page you want to know more.

That’s great, Welcome!

If you’re curious as to what a Crank is, it’s a name we Vols call ourselves. It means you’re a dedicated member who knows the sound of the pager at 2 am, the fear of giving your first word back to Firecom, and the feeling of making an amazing real difference to someone’s life. You also know the taste of MREs and ice cold water on a really hot, smoky day. In short, when you join up and work hard, you proudly become a Crank.
